About Our Wedding Shoots
How We Do It Unlike Anyone Else

Everone has an "Uncle Phil."   He's the guy with the shiny new, special hoop-do-do camera gadget or vid-cam super-duper-whatnot shooting the entire wedding.  Some wedding photographers don't allow this as it tends to be more of a distraction than a helpful addition to the photography army.

Liesen Communications welcome the Uncle Phil's of the world.  We love Uncle Phil as he adds life to the party.  He really isn't in the way and sometimes he gets a nice image to add to the collection.  The truth is that the new couple is going to receive several batches of media ranging from a VHS tape as a gift from grandpa to cameraphone pics from the wedding party.  The quality will range from bad to good and bad again.

Our customers rely on us to shoot the wedding so that you know it will be done completely and from start to finish in a modern, digital, and compatible format you can depend on.  The smallest pixel size we shoot is 3006x2000 and in RAW digital formats using the best Sony and Nikon have to offer for professionals.

Uncle Phil's shots are just a big bonus.

We really do think the heart of a wedding is the reception party.  That's when everyone lets their hair down and personalities come alive, all for the special couple.  The stress is over and it's time to have a fun time.  Our shot list always includes candids of every couple in attendance as well as all the 'wedding events,' like the cutting of the cake, the first dances, etc.

The fun stuff, however, and the ones we all love the most in a wedding collection are the candids - and we shoot LOTS of them.

We can package a wedding the way you need it and to fit your budget.  Simple packages can run as little as $750 for a single photographer for a few hours and a CD afterwards all the way up to custom, photog-on-call-by-the-hour, multi-media post production for as much as the sky is the limit.

Most clients want us for a session before the wedding for an engagement announcement, then 5-8 hours of the day itself.  Post production computer time varies, depending on the number of guests and length of the party, but printing an album of a couple hundred 4x6 prints, a handful of enlargements, and CD's runs anywhere from $1,400 to $1,800.

It all depends on what the bride and groom wants.

It is their day.

Call us for a free consultation and let us propose a package tailored for them so that you can then confidently select and book Liesen Communications.

Then check that big decision off your 'how to get married' list, and relax - we've got you covered.
